About your hosts
Lisa Oliver
Mithila Rollings-Kamara
With years of hands-on experience across property development, residential lettings, and HMO property ownership, they bring real-world knowledge to the network. As portfolio landlords and active developers, they understand the full lifecycle of property investment – from acquisition and financing through to refurbishment, compliance, tenant management and exit strategy.
Their experience within the HMO sector in particular has given them detailed knowledge of regulation, licensing, contractor management, and maximising asset performance. Alongside this, their development work provides practical insight into planning, refurbishment projects, value-add strategy and navigating market cycles.
This real-world experience underpins the ethos of the network. The event is not theoretical or sales-led, it is grounded in the realities of operating and growing within today’s property market.
What sets them apart is their commercial perspective and commitment building long-term relationships. The network reflects the same principles that guide their business activities: professionalism, integrity, and open communication.
Together they are focused on creating a space where property professionals can connect, share knowledge and build stronger businesses.

Commercial credibility
Grounded in real property experience. Led by active landlords and developers, the network reflects practical insight and current market realities. Conversations are commercially focused and relevant.
Substance over hype
The emphasis is on meaningful insight and genuine connections rather than sales-led promotion. Speakers are selected for expertise, not theatrics. Networking is purposeful, not superficial.
Relationship driven
Long-term relationships matter more than one-off interactions. The value of the network builds over time through consistent attendance, shared knowledge, and mutual support within the property community.
Approachable & welcoming
While professional and commercially focused, the environment remains open and personable. There is space for conversation, humour, and community - whether that's informal networking, a summer social, or a light-hearted quiz - without compromising standards.
